KYW1300 Film Thickness Measurement Series 

KYW1300 is a low-power,multi-use X-Ray tube. The tube is packaged in a stainless steelcasing lined with lead, filled with specila designed insulation oil for high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation. In order to extend  the application to the low power segment,the tube applies the imported 100μm Be sheet. The product is featured with compact volume and light weight.It has obvious advantage over similar product with silicone rubber packaging,in terms of heat dissipation and radiation shielding.

It is specifically fit for thickness gauge for non-woven fabric,paper,plastics film,aluminum foil,and copper foil.It is also applier for X-Ray fluorescence analysis of light element and thickness gauge of material made of light element.
